Is there some way to get to the door that's hidden behind the tree
from inside the Great Tree Hall or is that only accessible from
outside that room? (The one that's second from the top)

Is this game awesome or what!? I just finished beating the Omega
Pirate and would have to say that that was just too ridiculously
difficult though. Of course I prefer it for it's puzzles and
exploratory aspects.

TIA,
Roy

if u just beat the O pirate and now have the phazon suit, u should have the
x-ray visor by now, correct? it will make it easier to spot an invisible
floating platform in the area. if i am mistaken (which im not), just look
for a spot between one of the visible platforms to the door behind the tree
where the falling raindrops just stop in midair as if its a glitch or
grafics defect. it is infact not a defect (the good people at nintendo
wouldnt mess up the grafics on a superb game such as this!), its the
invisible platform ur looking for (nice hint eh?). a good space jump from
there should do the trick to get u through the door. i belive it is a
wepons upgrade (missles/power bomb). good luck on the boss, ur almost
there!

Hi Sam, Thanks, got it. I said I loved this game for the puzzles and
missed an easy one! I remember seeing that rain several times and just
ignored it!

I agree, Omega was much more difficult than anything previously. But on the
plus side, beating him was very satisfying -- and he made the final bosses less
daunting.

While Omega took me more attempts than Meta Ridley, I think MR was actually
harder with those damned dashes, and the hit-and-miss ability to shoot the
bastard. It didn't seem to have a rhyme or reason. Sometimes you could hit
him with his mouth open, other times not, etc.

I found him harder to wear down.

The extra helpers with Omega didn't help his case though...I have to concede
that. He'd have been relatively easy if it weren't for those. Relatively
speaking, definitely--still badass, but not quite as insanely difficult.
